I had the "fortune" of spending my day in the ER today. Because of the lack of room space, I spent my entire time(4 hours) in the ER in a reclining chair in the hallway.
I write this post to log my observations. The people who work in an ER have very difficult jobs. The area was very active and chaotic. I observed numerous rude patients, The nurses and staff handled the rudeness with grace. These people hardly have a break. I hope they're paid well, because they should be.
