How to remove the pesky Horizontal Line in MS Word 2007

Have you ever been creating a word document, and had this pesky horizontal line you couldn't remove? You've tried clicking on it, moving the cursor above and below, hitting delete, backspace, and smashing the keyboard. Well, here's how you get rid of that line. The line that you can't delete was formed by you putting several consecutive underscores or dashes, and Word defaults this to create a horizontal line, or border. To remove this line
1) move the cursor directly above the line.

2) Click the Page Layout tab from the top

3) Go to Page Borders

4) Click on the Borders Tab

5) Turn setting to None and walla , line is gone!
