How to go from ZERO (no capital/credentials) to Financial Independence 

1. Choose a trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanic) 

2. Get a job in that industry (entry level ok) 

3. Spend 3-5 years learning *everything* about the industry - how to do the work AND run the business

4. Minimize living expenses, maximize savings 

5. Start business in same industry 

6. Use cash flow to scale business until sustainable without you 

7. Continue to scale, divert cash flow to other cash flowing assets and/or sell (your choice) 

8. Freedom
